Re: abdominal exercises
Yep, crunches definitely do the trick. If they are performed correctly,
you'll notice improvement fairly quickly -- and MUCH easier on your back
than traditional sit-ups. Don't forget, you can also do variations of the
regular crunch (go side to side, with hip raise, etc.), that will help the
obliques and lower abdominals receive more of a workout.
