I think I started with the kitchen sink and I keep taking less and less:
Down to:

Leatherman look alike
Tylenol and advil
Granola Bar
electrolytes
Skinny lead line
Minimal horse first aid kit
Small bag of oats

Water is on my back in a Camelback.
