Hi Karen, I also had a hard time getting those folks out a long time ago. 
Seems the lady that runs the business is earthquake phobic and came here 
during the Northridge Quake, and it allegedly "did her in". She had another 
lady doing it, Kathy Simons the phone number is so old--818708-3873 I don't 
know if she's still doing it. She did two of my greys, the mark did not take 
well. She did my friend's bays and the maark looks great. Let me know if you 
find someone, I have a filly to do. (I wish I could learn to do it myself as 
a business, I would like that if I knew how to get started)  Beth Glover
P.S. We haven't had a quake in a while, have you noticed?
