Hi all,

Just got in from seeing a hand specialist who has informed me that I
have torn all the ligaments and tendons off two finger joints, so i am in
this horrific splint for god knows how long and enduring physical therapy 
for the next couple months, oh I also broke some ribs (this hurts more than 
anything I have ever felt) luxated my knee and bruised my hip. This 
happened when I was taking my coat off while sitting on my arab baby and he 
spooked I had no time to react and he had NEVER done anything like this 
before so i had let my guard down a little too much and fell onto a boulder.
I did have my helmet on thank god but think in the future I have to figure 
out how to wear a full body helmet, ha ha. My husband, who was with me when 
I fell says it's because i ride in a sissy english saddle and need a real 
saddle like his big horn............ no comment on that!
