Kathy,

There is an organization out of Virginia that promote Arabian Sport Horses, 
it is The Arabian Sport Horse Association, 6145 Whaleyville Blvd, Suffolk, VA 
 23438.

They promote the Arabians in performance classes not halter.

I'm a member and it doesn't cost an arm and leg.
