   No, Lite Salt is not the same as epsom salts.  You can get Lite Salt at 
the grocery store.  It's usually next to the regular salt.  The recipe I 
have calls for 2 parts regular salt, two parts lite salt and one part 
dolomite.  This is an old recipe, and someone else may have a better one (I 
switched to buying Enduralytes years ago).
   I suggest you check out what electrolytes vendors like Teddy and Roger 
offer for sale.
