AERC Int'l is not a separate organization, but a committee.  Because the
structure is different, i.e., receiving funds to support Int'l competition
solely, it has it's own accounting.  The funds are kept with AERC funds and the
AERC office pays the bills out of AERC Int'l money.  The $10.00 you opt to pay
goes strictly to AERC Int'l to help pay their bills in getting our riders to
Int'l competitions.
