You normally won't be using the Restricted Sites zone for anything other
than e-mail. Everything else you do with your browser (assuming a home
system) will occur in the Internet Zone, which has different settings.

The zones are:
Trusted Sites - normally empty, handy to add sites if you've altered the
Internet Zone so that some sites don't work
Intranet or local network Zone - you'd see this if you're on a corporate
network - it has fairly low settings so that web-based apps work more
easily on your internal network
Internet Zone - what most of your web browsing occurs over
Restricted Sites - the opposite of Trusted Sites, and also normally empty.
The best use for this is e-mail.
