FYI:  That survey was about the "National Park Service."  There's big differnce.  Do you think you ought to be able to drive to the bottom of the Grand Canyon (with or without a horse trailer)?  I think not.  Unfortunately, folks often get confused when there are articles about the United State Forest Service (USFS) and National Park Service (NPS).
