Since we're on the subject, is there a way to find out who owns a certain 
piece of property?  There are several stretches of unfenced property around 
my house - it's all wooded, with old logging trails through it, no houses.  
I've been meaning to try to find out who the owner is so I can secure 
permission to ride and walk the dogs on it.  Any idea of how I would go 
about doing this?
