Go to your county assessor's office & ask to look at the map that has
your property on it (you might bring your tax bill or legal description
with you to help them locate the correct map to start with).  Then
find the properties next to yours that you are interested in, and go from
there to the owner's name & address, which the assessor's office will
have.  All this is public info.  Lif
