Rabies Kills Horse In N.C.

Are there many cases in other states of horses with rabies. By law we are required to give our dogs rabies shots and tags. Horses are not required to have shots but we give them once a year. Alot of racoon and foxes around here with the disease. Also skunks!  Mike
