Lif,

Take two 5 gallon buckets with about 3 1/2 gallons of water in them, one in
each hand, and then step up and down a step. Up left foot, up right foot,
down left foot, down right foot, etc. It's tougher than it sounds!

Hi Stacy - just want to emphasize that you really, really do need to
improve your own muscle tone. Linda's regime is scary, but I bet it's
just as good as she says. We don't have a gym within 150 miles of us,
and we don't ski (tho someday...) so any ideas other than those would be
interesting to see. I once did a 100 after 8 or 10 months off, and boy
was that a mistake. I wound up with red urine, just like a tied up
horse, and felt like a tied up horse too. NOT recommended! What about
those exercises I've heard about where you use a big beach ball? Or
something? Lif
