It makes perfect sense. There is no moral justification for singling out
horses to be spared as a human food. But one can make an argument that
eating meat of any kind is immoral. One can also make an argument that
humans should not be singled out not to eat meat and since (short of mass
extinctions) preventing animals from eating meat is impossible.

I will continue to eat meat and am not at all concerned what variety of meat
others eat. I also will oppose her attempt to impose her emotions/religion
on me and others who do not share them.
