Re: English saddles
The statement that only cheap saddle use foam is not really true. Even well
know Passier uses foam in some of their saddles. Foam is more often used in
the hunter/jumper world than in dressage. We as endurance and CTR riders
would tend more towards a dressage type saddle for the balanced seat they
provide. foam does have advantages over flock. Flock is easier to fit. But,
a good saddler can also fit foam panels.
