Well, just looked at a recent package insert, and there is no longer a
warning about use in foals under 6 months--so apparently there have been more
safety studies in foals. I personally haven't heard of problems when people
have given it to foals. I still prefer other dewormers for the roundworms,
though. Latest studies I've seen still indicate no need for rotation...
