Bingo -  This would turn into a non-subject if the BOD could/would change the
wording to asking for a trails donation at the door with a SUGGESTED $5.00
amount instead of a mandatory $5.00 donation.  A mandatory dontation tends to
rankle even for a great cause, and I have been in favor of expanding
opportunities to donate to the trails fund - I applaud the optional check-off on
the membership app and gave $10 myself this way.
