Re: RC: AERC Trail Funds

If AERC is an AHC member, they why are we not getting news bulletins and
information in AERC News? How come nobody in the AERC office could answer my
question when I asked if AERC was a member? It was WAY after 1992 I asked!!!

Do we send a representative to the AHC convention? If so, where is the report.
Why are we not using and having direct input into this valuable resource for us?

AERC NEEDS trails as we all know and we are and should be not only leaders but
be influential in having our issues and needs addressed by an organization
RECOGNIZED as the representation of of horse people in the US. By AHC's own
statistics, MORE, FAR MORE, people and horses are involved in RECREATION than
ANY OTHER equine activity. Why are the major issues being addressed that of
horse racing and import/exportation of horses? This certainly does NOT address
the needs of the average horse person.
