OK guys help me out here as I must be missing something big.  We (AERC) is 
paying $2500 to rent the Pavilion.  Quoting the last paragraph from Doyle "If 
these aren't compelling enough reasons, consider we're paying $2500 to rent 
the trade show facility and don't want to pass this along to vendors alone."  
(I thought this $5.00 was for trails, not offsetting cost of pavilion)  There 
are 137 booth spaces on my sheet these booths rent for $325 single and $250 
for additional booths.  Now my calculator says that if 60 of those booths are 
singles that is $19,500 if the other 77 are all second booths that is an 
additional $19,250 for a total of $38,750 now if I subtract $2500 from that I 
come up with $36,250. I always figured the trade show paid for itself.  So 
what am I missing?  Lovell
