1)  Probably not.  If the saddle doesn't fit now, a different saddle pad 
probably won't help.  I've been through all this before.

2)  In my experience, the tree is too narrow and is putting pressure on the 
shoulders, cutting off circulation.

3)  The jury is out on this one.  I have an Ortho-flex Feather and it solved 
the pressure problem on the one horse I bought it for, but it isn't the 
perfect saddle for a couple of others. They are rather costly.
