Boy are you lucky!!!!  I had a pack of dogs chase some 6 month old foals to the
point of terror...they went THRU fence!! Yes, they were injured, mentally and
physically.  YES, the country give compesation...AFTER a township trustees
hearing.  It took me TEN years to get a decision in court.  I figured I lost
$8,000...I got $400.....

NOW, Ohio law limits THEIR liability for "failure to do what they are mandated
by LAW to do (pick up strays) to $400.
