Info request on bogs

To my embarressment, I think I might have distracted everyone with my
stupid post about bogs from answering the original post put forth. A rider
named Scott, who did the ride, wanted advice on how to deal with the bog
situation if stuck in one. I hope if someone has info for him (and me since
I obviously don't know) they will share it.
