How many people does it take to get one horse across the finish line of
an endurance race?  Anyone care to take a guess?

Include everyone - rider, crew, management, vets - AND ALSO your
faithful farrier, your horse's vet, your friendly horse chiro (or
acupuncturist or whatever), whoever stays home and feeds the rest of
your critters, your feed store guy, your truck's mechanic... oh, I could
go on & on.  The number of people it takes to get one horse across the
finish line is probably much higher than I care to calculate!  Lif
