RE:Question
In reference to the question about
switching horse/rider at vet check, I don't find any thing to prohibit the
horse/rider switch in the "Rule" book as has been suggested. However in the
ByLaws under Article V Definitions, both Endurance Riding and Limited Distance
Riding are defined as an athletic event in which the same equine
and rider cover a specified course...
I believe this would be the correct response to
any rider wanting to pull such a switch. What do the rest of you
think?
