RE: Question

Title: RE: Question

Good question.  It is a horse & rider TEAM that must complete.  Look under the rules pertaining entry.  Not allowed by AERC.

ECTRA (competitive trail in the NE) does allow such a switch under those circumstances, but only awards completion to the horse & rider.  No points or placings.  I'm not sure  about other CTR groups.

Subject: RC: Question

Hi Everyone,
I have a hypothetical question for you...perhaps it is covered in the rules
but I don't remember seeing it.
My friend and I are riding in a competition, we come to our first Vet check
and her horse is pulled.  I have been feeling ill all day.  Can she continue
on my horse?  If so, will she and the horse get completions?
Thanks,
