Here in the NW we have had 6-month health certificates for a couple of years, 
and they are sure handy for horses that travel.  However, I think it is 
unfortunate that Texas has chosen to call theirs a "passport" as this could 
be confused with the lifetime identifying document that allows horses into 
international competitions.  I wonder if anyone has mentioned this to them?
