i know more facts on this particular deal. the potential buyer did not have a contract or deposit. i also know for a fact that the horse was not sold for more money and the potential buyer did not pay any vet expenses. end of story. slander is another issue. the potential buyer must need to make others feel bad to make themself feel better.
