But, if the potential buyer pays for the exam, is it right for the results
of the exam to be made available to every other potential buyer?  I would
be angry, too if I paid for an exam on a horse, decided I wanted it and
before paperwork could be done, someone else used the results of an exam I
requested and paid for to scoot in and buy the horse.
