Ride Results online again

Due to the efforts of Russ Humphrey - the ride results are 
back online in the user friendly interface at

http://www.doublejoy.com/rideresults/

we are working to see if we can get weekly updates now
that it runs through the software easily.

the * for missing data is not there yet but that will be
back soon.  

As always - the only official results are in the EN.

the other text links will be removed.
