But did you also know that when a property owner gives permission - he
cannot be held liable if the person gets injured? Also, the parks are self
insured.  Yes, riders are own their own as far as accidents but they will
seek indemnification from ride management or any other deep pockets,
especially if they are on a borrowed horse.
