Spanish bloodlines for endurance

A spanish arabian breeder just called me about several horses she's
trying to sell--I looked at her horses about 5 years ago, but that's
when I was showing, and wasn't thinking about endurance suitability.

They're very beautiful, strong-boned (I'm a heavyweight rider) and
were easy to work with.

Does anyone out there compete with spanish horses? How are their
recoveries? Top 10 or more middle of the pack type?

Thanks a bunch for any advice,

Brenda
