You are right Katee!!  I am an equine massage and accupressure therapist and 
have worked on racing thoroughbreds, racing Arabs, quarter horses, hunter 
jumpers, multi-day eventers and by far, endurance horses are the quietest, 
most fit, and have a sparkle in their eyes that I don't see in other sport 
horses.  I may be prejudice but I have an open mind and I like all horses.  
Like Heidi stated.  Our horses probably have more physicals in one race than 
most horses have in a life time.
