Re: RC: SMBs



The biggest problem I have seen with SMB is Professionals' Choice!!!!  They do
NOT seem to be customer service oriented....they do not make LONG or SHORT
girths (our arab need SHORT girths, you know...and people with large hunters
need more than a 52".  They also do not listen when I tell them their pads won;t
sell for endurance because of the heat retention.

IMO, MOST problems are rider-caused (or farrier, or breeder..bottom line is that
WE do it) and will NOT be solved with gimmicky products.
