Oh, boy!  Do we get to debate over which type of disaster we'd rather
live with?  Is Steph gonna let us?  Fun!

PS  Earthquakes are kinda like roller coasters...As I told my husband
when he mentioned moving to Texas once:  I'd take some rolling
ground(which does not scare the horses that I've ever noticed)once in
awhile over living somewhere where the wind could come suck up my
horses!
