Dear Peggy;
Thanks for your information regarding pain relievers.  I used to take
something before the ride for pain but then noticed that wherever I
would bruise, such as inner calf(old saddle), it would bruise badly.  I
also had a tendency to not drink enough fluids during a ride, which
makes some pain relievers dangerous.  Consequently, I am now more
careful about what I take, ride a saddle that does not pinch anywhere,
eat Cliff bars, and drink much more...now I feel much better after a
ride.
