Shunning may work if the person knows they did wrong but I think the
earlier post suggesting we HELP these people (assuming they don't know
everything already!) by educating them and doing a little mentoring
should be the first step.  However, if they already know everything,
maybe shunning would be the next thing!!  God bless my mentor (Jan Mills
Kennedy) cuz that could be ME not knowing any better if it weren't for
her!!
