I am borrowing my friends half chaps to see if this helps.  My sister
and I are diabetic and these sores take forever to heal for us.  They
have actually left a sort of scar.  Gotta do something! My sister will
sometimes wrap her leg with vetwrap.  I have seen people use duct tape.
I did try it and it works.  Doesn't look too hip but it works!!
