PA arab folk, please read

I have been contacted by a lady that owns a Morab gelding in PA that needs
some assistance in finding a boarding situation suitable for her high-energy
gelding.

Seems he's been kept stalled most of his life {he's 5}, the current barn
owner promised turnout but now refuses to allow it, saying the horse is too
rowdy, pushes fences, and tries to get to mares. Well, of course he is, if
he's stalled 24/7 !

She has been ill, and has not had time to ride lately, and is very concerned
for his welfare. She would like any information about possible boarding
stables with either pasture board or lots of turn-out, as well as contacts
with the arabian horse community in her area. If ANYONE experienced with
arabian horses and these types of situations can offer help or just moral
support, please send me your info and I will forward it to her. She is in
Clarion, PA.

The horse may be coming to temporarily stay with me in Texas, but he will
need to have an appropriate situation to return to, especially after getting
fit! Any help or moral support will surely be appreciated by this lady. Thanks!
