I wouldn't even give them the name "horsemen"!!!!!! I think I would have 
called the sheriff!  Of course, that may be a bit extreme, but this sounds 
like neglect, if you ask me. I wonder if they left their kids at home with a 
week old baloney sandwhich and the TV turned up loud.............
