I never looked at Cut Heal ingredients... Instead of snake oil salesmen, does this make them fish oil salesman?

We had a couple of the infective cases many years ago, brought in by a new
horse we purchased. I tried many different treatments, but finally solved
the problem with "Cut Heal", an interesting wound treatment composed of fish
oil, sulfuric acid, and balsam of fir.
