The syringes from ABC et al have the nifty little ring at the top with
which one can easily hold that sucker and plunge it in to administer
whatever is in it...the irrigation syringes used in hospitals don't have
that but they sure do work well anyway.  A friend of ours who works in a
hospital suggested that we might find them at some kind of hospital
supply store, the kind where they sell home health supplies, oxygen,
etc.
