There is an ART to wrapping properly and there is a time and place for it.  Many
endurance horses who are NOT wrapped and DO NOT swell are VERY experienced ones
with TONS  of LSD.

You are ALWAYS doing some degree of damage, but the body is VERY quick to
respond.  That is why progressive loading is so god, it adds stresses a little at
a time.  In turn the body will respond a little at a time.  The body says, "hey,
that was work, maybe it'll happen again, if we repair even better than we need to,
we'll be prepared for the next workout".

SOOOO, add a little more each time and little by little, the body gets better and
better.
