CONDITION FOR 25-MILE CTR?

We are signed up for a 25-mile CTR on January 23rd.

We were riding 10 plus miles every other day. For the past
three weeks, due to bitter cold and ice we have not ridden
at all.

Dare we do 25 miles after a month's layoff? Might we do some
inside arena work over the next week?  How much?
