I contend that you have this all wrong. The hackamore did not stop the
horse. Evading the pain sent this horse over backwards and the going over
backwards stopped the forward motion!!! This shows VERY poor horsemanship
and virtually no consideration of the horse. It does not prove in any way
this is how to stop a horse.
