Actually, the first summer I wore them 7 days a week cuz it was the only
pair of tights I owned. :) Last summer they got changed out some and went
to parttime duty. You can order Kerrits from Wiese or Dover, and some
other specialty catalogs. My local tack shop carries them. They're a bit
expensive, but they are worth the money if you want a pair of tights that
will really last. They're very durable; don't have a single tear in them
even though I've ridden through lots of thorny vines (the major hazard
down here). I don't recommend the solid beige, though, unless they have
changed the fabric on the kneepatches, as it's not nearly as tough as the
black kneepatch and will wear out quickly (I returned my first pair after
only 3 months for green ones with black patch, and those have been worn a
LOT without showing signs of wear).

Remember, though, it isn't *wearing* clothing that actually wears it out;
it's *washing* clothing. I wore my tights 7 days a week but only washed
them once a week. Most any clothing, but especially knits, will last
much, much longer if you get several wearings out before washing it. My
horse never cares what I smell like and he's the only one who matters.
