Portable Electric Fence/ hot mare follow up

 A friend is looking for eqipment for a portable electric fence.  She wants 
the stakes that go into the ground  to have some form of "hook" so that she 
can run the electric tape, not just a wire. Can anyone point me in some 
direction.? 
 A follow up on my "hot mare"  ....our holistic vet says she is very 
metabolically messed up.  Her right ovary is working overtime.....hence hot 
mare, her thyroid is working undertime (hence living on air), and her stifles 
are in poor shape......the outlook is fine now that we know what it is.
