Before,  the gasoline wholesalers were unloading their winter blend stock
at lower than normal prices -- Arco got below a dollar a gallon here.  Now
they have the spring/summer blend at spring/summer prices.

And we do have a major consumable that fluctuates wildly in price:  hay.
Just be grateful the government isn't putting a parasitic tax on hay like
they do on gasoline (at least $.50 a gallon of the gasoline cost is taxes)
