I've heard this called a "Chili Dump" everyone brings thier version of
homemade chili, it all goes into a big pot togeher and Voila!. I've heard its
great, chili is easy to make a head of time and freezes well.

In comment to the original post, this past weekend was the Florida Endurance
Classic. Deena Meyer not only put on great ride with 25, 50 , 75, & 100 mile
distances, but, the SE region 100 mile Qaulifier, plus FEI sanctioned, PLUS a
great dinner on Friday night before the ride meeting. Grilled pork chops,
yellow rice with black beans, chopped onions to sprinkle on top, tossed salad,
crusty French bread, AND apple pie. It was a fabulous meal before a great
ride! This was included in the riders entry fee, since everyone is there for
the ride meeting, everyone got to eat and thee was plenty of food! Thanks,
Deena
