NONO  -- KY JELLY has a petrol base -- it will cause problems by
insulating the ekg.. and it can rot the electrodes  - causes the
resistance  to increase-- will not pick up the ekg 

if you use KY or any petrol -grease base gel and you will get bad
readings  - base on my many years of testing etc..
use aloe gel as many do or the standard ekg gel
