1 day rides vs 2 day rides

Hi everyone
As far as management goes what do you find to be more successful, a one
day or 2 day ride? Do you find that you have a better turnout with a 2
day ride? Esp. when people have to drive a distance to attend.

Also what does everyone do find sponsors?
